Direct message the job poster from M&T ResourcesOur client (QLD gov) is currently looking for a Project ManagerHybrid6 months FIXED TERM contract + extensions$141,365 - $149,387 including super a yearThe purpose of this role is responsible for engaging with senior stakeholders, suppliers, development and delivery teams to assist in the successful delivery of a valued, integrated and effective business solutions.The key responsibilities of this role include the following:Oversee and manage the definition, documentation and successful completion of large scale, complex program/project(s) in line with project management methodologies.Promote and ensure the use of appropriate project management techniques, methodologies, and tools, including benefits realisation and risk and issue management, to ensure quality project outcomes are delivered.Oversee and manage the monitoring and reporting of project related trends and performance against project plans and schedules.Manage project resources, expenses and capital costs against the project forecasts.Initiate, influence and maintain relationships with and between key internal and external stakeholders, facilitate effective communication channels to promote the successful adoption of change within the business, and foster relationships through lessons learned, feedback mechanisms and management of expectations.Manage capability and resource development by leading and mentoring multi-disciplinary project team(s).Role/occupational competencies and experience:Proven stakeholder relationship management skills to support effective business change, including the ability to initiate relationships and influence key stakeholders.Expertise in, and application of, appropriate project management methodologies, and an ability to promote and provide advice on the use of appropriate project management techniques, methodologies, and tools.Proven excellent negotiation, consultation, facilitation, and effective written and oral communication skills for use in a complex project environment.Proven experience in leading, managing and mentoring an effective multi-disciplinary team.Proven analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills and a proven ability to work in a team environment developing.For further information please contact Valentina Monti on ****** levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeTemporaryJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesHospitals and Health Care
