Work with best names in Beauty: From L'Oreal Paris to Maybelline and Kiehl's, you'll lead influencer marketing for the world's most iconic beauty brands and categories.
Leading a team of two Finance Coordinators and working collaboratively with the Nexus Goat team, the WPP Beauty Labs Team as well as the GroupM and WPP Finance team.

In this role, you will focus on:
Supplier Setup and Management

Coordinate the setup of new suppliers in the financial system.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for supplier onboarding.

Influencer Payments

Process and track payments to influencers in a timely and accurate manner.
Resolve payment issues and inquiries from influencers.
Reconcile payment discrepancies and ensure all financial transactions are documented.

Campaign Set Up and Monitoring

Prepare Campaign Estimates in the financial system for each campaign and reconcile the costs against these.
Update the Influencer AI Workflow Platform with remittance advices and other updates to influencer payments.
Work closely with the Billings Team to ensure that all campaigns are invoiced on time to the clients.

Team management

Lead and manage a team of 2 Influencer Marketing Finance Coordinators.
Ensure that workflow is equally distributed amongst the team and be the escalation point for any issues.
Foster a culture of collaboration and work closely with the extended Influencer Marketing Finance team in WPP Shared Services.
Review campaign reconciliations and client invoicing requirements.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the influencer/ media/ marketing industry.
Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships with influencers and suppliers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to galvanise the team and foster a culture of collaboration.
