The project:

We are partnering with one of our longstanding clients to help find them their next project manager.  They are a Victoria based company and are expanding their business up to Queensland.  The company undertake large projects in the industrial space, this particular project is a warehouse project totalling $7 million, construction has began and they are looking to bring someone on ASAP.

About you:

- Minimum 3-4 years professional experience in a similar role, experience in industrial sector on projects of similar size is essential
- Tertiary degree/diploma in project management and proven skills taking projects from start to finish
- Good communication skills as you will be reporting directly to the company director, and communicating with Site Managers on updates regarding the project
- No nonsense-attitude, able to communicate time lines and costs properly
