As we continue to expand our portfolio of sustainable energy solutions, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Industrial Products Sales Representative to join our growing team.
As an Industrial Products Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales of our renewable energy products, including solar panels, energy storage systems, and EV chargers. You will work closely with industrial and commercial clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their energy efficiency goals. Your role will include generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing deals that contribute to the company's growth in the renewable energy market.
Roles & Responsibilities: Understand commercial and industrial solar projects, battery energy storage systems, and EV infrastructure projects on a national scale.Follow up on quotes, proposals, and orders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Liaising and negotiating with government bodies and consultants to expedite approvals and permits.Researching potential clients by compiling data from directories and various sources, and meeting with existing and potential clients to explore and pursue new sales opportunities.Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions for commercial and industrial sector as well residential area.Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to align on sales strategies and initiatives.Providing price quotes, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts while recording customer orders.Following up with clients to confirm their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities, Creating detailed sales reports, documenting expenses, and maintaining accurate records for review.Understand DNSP regulations and technical requirements to support project teams and installers.Responsible for generating new business opportunities in renewable energy sector and reporting to the Sales director.Evaluating customer requirements and presenting suitable products and services to meet their needs.Continuously learning about the products and services offered by both the company and its competitors, as well as understanding current market dynamics.Performing sales data analysis and resenting sales performance data and evaluating the appeal of goods and services to management.Coordinating the delivery of products, arranging equipment setup, and ensuring services are provided as agreed. Skills & Experience: Bachelor's Degree Qualification is required.The Candidate must have at least two years of relevant experience.Friendly, positive & approachable attitude.To be energetic and motivated. Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum plus superannuation.
