The Role: Woodside's full-time Business Traineeship provides Indigenous individuals with the support to learn valuable skills and knowledge within a business environment while obtaining a formal qualification. This position is based in our Perth city office. Being part of this program offers you coaching, mentoring, training, support, resources, tools, and endless opportunities. Trainees who successfully complete the specified competencies of the Traineeship will receive a recognised qualification; Certificate in Business delivered over a twelve-month term. Traineeships commence in February 2025. Skills and Experience: To be considered, you will need the following:
Completion of Secondary Schooling to a Year 10 level (or equivalent)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Well-presented, enthusiastic, punctual, reliable, and a good attendance record
Desire to pursue a career in a business environment
Willingness to learn and develop skills
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and regular drug & alcohol screening tests
