Independent Living Housing Officer

Independent Living Housing Officer needed in Wimborne Paying £16.09 per hr ref 5256861 Full time hours on a temporary basis Key Responsibilities: Maintain presence, visibility, and accessibility to customers throughout their tenancy.
Conduct annual "check-ins" to ensure customers' safety, wellbeing, and independence.
Organize scheme meetings and support customer voices.
Facilitate social inclusion activities and signpost community resources.
Perform risk-based Health and Safety and Neighbourhood Inspections, addressing site issues promptly.
Foster good communication with care providers and partners in Extra Care Schemes.
Monitor and manage housing management performance using systems.
Support and enforce Safety First and Rent First strategies.
Manage tenancies with strong case management and procedural adherence.
Communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
Report safeguarding concerns.
Stay updated on policies and procedures, applying them in daily work.
Utilize multiple IT systems to maintain accurate records.
