Team Leaders/Supervisors (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) Full time INDCO Fabrication has a rare career opportunity for a hands-on Fabrication Supervisor to join our Workshop facility located in Mackay. Reporting to the Managing Directors, you will lead from the front to drive meaningful change whilst overseeing the fabrication operations.
Your safety focus whilst driving efficient and compliant delivery of fabrication and repair services to the Mining, Civil, and Residential Division will be a testament to our INDCO brand.
Responsibilities: Oversee fabrication operations and ensure safety compliance. Manage teams effectively, preferably within a fabrication environment. Drive quality assurance processes and problem-solving initiatives. Minimum Requirements: Certificate III in Engineering (Fabrication) with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience. Welding Supervision (AS2214) and/or International Welding Specialist Certification. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated expertise in quality assurance processes. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think and act quickly.
