Help shape the future of children in our care As one of our highly valued Inclusion Support Assistants, you'll support and guide children's learning and development, so they become curious, capable and confident lifelong learners.
You will be playing a crucial role in our centre and will use your skills, ideas and passion for education to help shape the future of children in our care.
With full control to choose your own shifts and centres, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a variety of teams, to create a safe, supportive and engaging play-based learning environment for children, their families and our wider community.
What you'll bring Whether you're an experienced early childhood professional, newly graduated or just commencing your studies, if you're energetic, fun and committed to guiding children's early learning and development, we'll set you up for success!
To thrive and succeed in this role, you will either have or be willing to work towards:
A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood). First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification. Valid Blue Card and current Police Check (issued within the last three months) or willing to obtain these. In addition, you will bring a passion for achieving long-lasting, high-quality outcomes for children, their families and the community alongside a team-player mindset - when you join C&K, you join a village of good-hearted, talented people, so you can lean on them as they lean on you.
