Inbound Sales Manager

The client:
This boutique SEO and Web Optimisation agency focuses on one thing, getting you found online through search. They are currently looking for an Inbound Sales Manager to take them from start up to scale up.
The role:
Due to projected growth, they are looking for a digital marketing solutions specialist that knows SEO and website best practices. The successful candidate will need to be disciplined in meeting activity KPIs across phone calls, lead generation, and sales. You have to develop collaborative and strategic relationships with your peers and key internal stakeholders. This will be the first sales position for the business therefore it comes with the potential to grow into a leadership and Director level role as the success comes.
Qualifications:
2-4 years' experience in SEO and/or Website optimization sales
3+ years proven success with converting leads to sales and inbound sales
Experience in sales and lead generation
A closer with an entrepreneurial spirit that is a go getter and makes things happen.
