DescriptionThe Improvement Lead - Allied Health is a leadership position at cohealth, working collaboratively with staff to identify and drive improvements across the designated area.
This role partners with key stakeholders and supports staff development in improvement methodology, fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include leading quality improvement initiatives, ensuring quality improvements are planned and monitored, and collaborating with Operational Leads to identify performance criteria for improvement work.
Opportunities for quality improvement learnings are created to be shared across the directorate and wider organisation.
