A newly created role is available for an Improvement and Reform Officer with great communication skills to work within the Planning and Environment Assessment branch.

Your experience with reporting, coordination, administration and your excellent written and verbal communication skills will see you excel in this role.
The position will work across the branch using our customised systems and with other government stakeholders to report on the delivery of planning outcomes that support housing growth and biodiversity objectives.
The role will benefit from the positive workplace culture and flexible working arrangements within DEECA and be supported by a dynamic team of professionals across the branch.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in land use planning, environmental science or administrative business management preferred.
Knowledge and experience in the application of Victoria's planning system and environmental regulation framework is desirable.
This is an ongoing position.
The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
