Team leads provide guidance and best practice mentorship on both implementation principles and product technical knowledge.
What You'll DoProvide operational oversight and day-to-day support for all direct reports and support to business unit leadership as required.Transparently align and collaborate with the leadership team including regular reporting on team metrics, goals, operational KPIs, and OKRs.Drive team performance, contributions, and adoption of the Simpro Group's Rally Cry & Defining Objectives.Mentor, coach, and provide development opportunities for direct reports, including regular 1:1s, team meetings, and observations.Triage and address customer challenges, complaints, and direct report concerns, and escalate as required.Maintain an advanced knowledge of products and services.Build and maintain relationships with other areas of the business and the wider Simpro group.Approve absence requests, expenses, travel, and collaborate with the leadership team on any performance management issues, as well as complete annual performance reviews.What You'll BringProven experience in a SaaS or tech-focused environment, managing and developing high-performing teams.Ability to oversee multiple projects with competing deadlines, demonstrating exceptional organizational and time-management skills.Strong understanding of SaaS implementation processes and methodologies, and a proactive approach to learning and staying up-to-date on product changes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to clients and team members at all levels.A strategic approach to resolving customer issues efficiently and empathetically, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.Familiarity with tracking and analyzing KPIs and performance metrics, with a strong ability to use data to drive continuous improvement.Ability to foster a team culture of mutual support, collaboration, and shared success, both within the team and across departments.Core ValuesWhile experience in the above areas will be highly considered, it's important to note it will be secondary to the person with the right determination, attitude, and compatibility.
