Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, we are seeking an ICT Planning and Delivery Coordinator who can bring their skills and experience to:Develop and apply a management framework to define and deliver a portfolio of programs, projects and/or ongoing services.Engage, influence, identify, monitor, and recommend corrective actions to senior managers to ensure the portfolio will deliver the agreed business objectives.Lead the ongoing monitoring and review of portfolios for impact on current business activities and the strategic benefits to be realised.Implement portfolio governance arrangements and effective reporting.To be considered you will have:
Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or Information Technology-related discipline, and several years' experience working within a corporate information technology environment establishing project management practices.Substantial experience working within a portfolio, program, or project management office with performance oversight of a portfolio of IT projects or services, and experience in the coaching and development of staff.PMP/PRINCE2/PMO/AGILE certified and/or relevant experience.Substantial experience with the management of project delivery schedules and overall ICT project portfolio risk.Knowledge and experience in using management tools, such as MS Projects Online, MS Project for web and M365.Benefits of working at Brimbank include:
