Key Responsibilities: Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance Delivery for all HVAC assets in Sydney across multiple premium grade buildings in the CBD and also Reactive Maintenance Response and Delivery, for all HVAC assets.
* Service and maintain a variety of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance * Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC systems and complete * First response for all reactive requests relating to BMS issues and working with BMS.
* Liaise with clients and provide excellent customer service * Ensure all work complies with industry safety standards About you: * Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service and installations * Proven experience with VRF, water cooled package systems and general HVAC equipment * Good knowledge of ductwork installation and maintenance * Relevant HVAC trade qualification and certifications * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Ability to lead a team Requirements: * Current National Police Check clearance (or willing to obtain one) * HVAC Licence * White Card * Current Driver's Licence Desirable Requirements: * Working at Heights * First Aid * COVID-19 Vaccinated (at least three preferably) The client has some other benefits they offer those working on-site, making it an extra appealing and welcoming place to work.
