As the company continues to experience significant growth, this is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Manager looking to advance their career and take on more market share for the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare cost estimates and tender proposals for Commercial HVAC projectsMaintain an existing customer base whilst focusing on new business growthAttend site meetings to discuss project requirements, provide technical solutions and assist clients with design selectionsNegotiate with suppliers and contractorsKnowledge of Excel and PDF measuring tools / calculation software is requiredUpdate and maintain customer information on our CRMOFFER
