Hv Field Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced person to join our site services team.
The successful person must be competent and able to perform the following duties which will include but not be limited to:
Perform testing, maintenance, repairs and commissioning tasks on the following equipment:High/medium/low voltage Circuit Breakers (oil, vacuum, gas)Power transformersHigh/medium/low voltage SwitchboardsHigh Voltage transmission and distribution equipmentProtection relaysSubstation earth systemsLiaise with customersPlan work with team members and supervise small onsite team- Read and easily interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Write reports on work carried out and findings
- Mentoring of apprentices and trainees as required
- Site visits as a member of a team to perform the above testing, maintenance, and commissioning activities on high voltage electrical equipment
Candidates must possess the following:
WA "A" Grade Electrical Workers Licence, endorsed as Electrical Mechanic or Electrical FitterWorking Knowledge and experience in fault diagnosis of electrical machinesExperience in the use of specialist tools and relevant test instrumentsExperience with TransformersExperience in the use of gantry cranesCurrent Forklift License endorsed by WorkSafeC-Class Driver's Licence or equivalentBasic First Aid (preferable but not essential) #J-18808-Ljbffr
