About the Role
We currently have multiple opportunities for experienced and safety focused HV Electricians at various sites across the Bowen Basin.
You will be responsible for completing routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all heavy mobile equipment such as CAT 777, 793, Liebherr, and Komatsu.
Rosters available are 7/7 days only or 7/7 rotating day/night dependent on site.
Key responsibilities:
Maintenance and repairs to a broad range of fleet Mobile Maintenance on Extra Low Voltage, Low Voltage, and High Voltage equipment HV (RADIAL) and LV Isolations Following scheduled planned/breakdown maintenance and carrying out inspections on equipment as required Execute work orders as per schedule and to a high standard Completing inspections and repairs as per the maintenance strategies Scoping and creating 1SAP notifications for preventative work About You
Australian recognised trade qualification (Electrician) HV Switching would be advantageous Demonstrated experience in mine site maintenance of electric haul trucks, dozers, graders, draglines, electric shovels, and auxiliary equipment CAT, Letourneau, Liebherr, and Komatsu experience would be highly regarded Previous experience within mining is essential The ability to work within a team environment and build effective working relationships Experience or a fast learner with work management software tools (e.g., 1SAP) A commitment to safety, quality, and attention to detail and procedure What is on offer?
