Human Resources Officer

We are delighted to be partnering with a leading Australian brand with a diverse white-collar group who are looking for a driven and ambitious HR Officer to support their small HR team.
The role is based in North Sydney, with hybrid working and is for someone with an HR Coordinator/Admin background, who enjoys administration, being part of a strong culture and working directly with an experienced HR Leader.
The Role Recruitment, induction and on-boarding Learning and development Reward and Recognition Performance Management cycle Remuneration reviews Regular reporting requirements and metrics, including leading the HR dashboard Work Health and Safety and employee wellbeing programs Workers Compensation and Return to Work Coordination Intranet, system and supplier maintenance General administration and project support Provide general HR advice to the business About You Degree in Human Resources or related Minimum 2 years of experience working in a HR Administrative role Strong stakeholder management Knowledge of HR practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong competency with Microsoft Office #J-18808-Ljbffr
