This involves handling recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for faculty and staff, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, managing employee relations and performance evaluations, and facilitating professional development opportunities. Foster a positive work culture, resolve conflicts, and support the overall mission and goals of the school through effective HR practices.
