About the Role The primary purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive administrative support across a wide range of Human Resource (HR) functions, ensuring the effective implementation of HR processes and policies.
This includes managing recruitment and selection for relief employees, overseeing probation, induction, and appraisal processes for CES and School Leadership employees, and supporting payroll processing activities.
The role also involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to contribute to the organisation's strategic goals.
The Human Resource Officer reports to the Human Resources Manager and works closely with the entire HR team to achieve these objectives.
