The Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance, comprising of John Holland, Bouygues Construction, Arcadis Australia, Jacobs and Ventia has successfully secured the contract to deliver the final 10.5km section of the North-South Corridor, contributing to a long-lasting legacy for the community and people of Adelaide.
We are excited to have the opportunity to work with the Australian and South Australian governments to deliver this city shaping project that will provide safe and efficient journeys for motorists, pedestrians, and cyclists, connect open spaces and recreational facilities, and unlock economic opportunities and growth for South Australia.
The project scope is concentrated on a 10.5km motorway, including more than 4kms of twin three lane tunnels, road and bridge construction and complex M&E installations.
Open to traffic in 2031, the T2D alliance will offer the people of Adelaide an incredible opportunity to be a part of an iconic project, career stability and the opportunity for career progression and development.
The Opportunity:The T2D Alliance is currently building their People team and currently has a requirement for a Human Resources Manager.
Reporting to the Skills and Legacy Director, the successful applicant will form a critical part of achieving the People team deliverables and objectives over the duration of this iconic project.
Key responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Skills and Legacy director in implementing the broader Human Resources strategyWorking closely with the broader People team and support key objectives across Talent, Learning and Development and Social InclusionDevise and implement key HR initiatives, including career development, succession planning and retentionDevelopment and implement a framework for ensuring the Alliance has a culture of high performanceSupport management where possible with resourcing objectivesSupport compliance and governance processes and practicesAbout You:Tertiary qualifications in HRM, Commerce, PsychologyConstruction, Mining, and Engineering industry experience is desirableThe ability to lead a high performing people teamBe an Adelaide resident or have the opportunity to reside in AdelaideWe Offer:Your success is reflected in ours, and as an Alliance we are committed to being an employer of choice here in Adelaide.
