About the role Tango Electrical Pty Limited is seeking a talented and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our dynamic team in our Sydney office. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development. This is a full-time, permanent position.
What you'll be doing Developing and implementing HR strategies and policies to support the overall business objectives Leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees Providing guidance and support to managers on employee-related matters, such as performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievances Designing and delivering training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees Administering employee benefits and leave programs, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR data Collaborating with cross-functional teams to foster a positive and inclusive work culture Key Responsibilities Overseeing employee management, including tracking costs and productivity. Recruiting, onboarding, and training staff, along with managing related systems. Establishing, refining, and enforcing company policies and procedures. Designing and implementing performance management systems to assess, plan, and enhance individual and team performance.
