Job DescriptionACCIONA M&E, a specialist business unit within ACCIONA's Australian operations, delivers technical design and construction solutions in the mechanical, electrical, transmission & distribution, utilities, and SMP sectors. Following continued business growth, we are looking to appoint a Human Resources Manager to support the General Manager and their leadership team in delivering business objectives. You will lead an HR Advisor in providing strategic operational and transactional HR initiatives across Australia, supporting the project and corporate teams while building broader capability within the business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level advice to leaders, fostering exemplary people management practices that drive engagement and motivation across 150 staff.
Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure seamless HR delivery and improved outcomes.
Lead People and Capability initiatives, enhancing talent management and leadership development across the organisation.
Oversee performance management and employee relations, guiding risk mitigation and compliance.
Contribute to a positive organisational culture through HR activities.
Work with internal recruitment function to build out workforce planning, making sure all projects are resourced.
Required Skills and CompetenciesWhat will you need to be successful?
Bachelor's degree or tertiary qualification in human resources, business, or a similar field.
Proven capability in industrial relations and current HR-related legislation.
Experience in large, multi-sited utility, resource, and/or infrastructure industry-based organisations in a matrixed environment.
Proven methods in leadership, coaching, and empowering teams and managers.
