As the Human Resources Manager of this top-tier professional services firm, you'll be at the forefront of developing and implementing the people strategy, initiatives, and operations, whilst leading a team of HR Business Partners.
Your Role: Lead the Sydney HR Function: Guide a team of HR Business Partners while delivering strategic business partnering to national client groups. Collaborate Nationally: Work closely with other HR Managers and the broader people team to drive the HR agenda forward. Key Responsibilities: Oversee a team of HR Business Partners Provide strategic business partnering and expert advice Manage talent and succession planning Implement performance management strategies Handle escalated employee relations cases effectively Develop and execute initiatives focused on culture, engagement, diversity, inclusion, and wellness Conduct workforce planning Manage HR projects About You: Proven experience in a HR Manager role with strong influencing abilities Leadership experience at the HR Advisor/BP level Expertise in managing complex end-to-end employee relations cases Track record of championing change and successfully delivering projects Experience in professional services preferred; corporate experience essential Details: Location: Sydney CBD office, with a requirement to be on-site 3 days a week
Salary: Circa $175,000 + super + bonus
