The Position
Loreto Kirribilli seeks a highly experienced Human Resources Manager to support the Principal in managing recruitment processes, industrial relations, and employment compliance matters. This role is responsible for overseeing HR operations, ensuring legislative and regulatory compliance, and guiding the development and implementation of human resource policies in line with the College's values and mission.
Accountable to the Principal and reporting to the Deputy Principal, the Human Resources Manager will be responsible for:
Managing recruitment processes
Maintaining compliance records
Interpreting enterprise agreements
Coordinating performance reviews for non-teaching staff
The successful candidate will have a detailed understanding of the Independent Schools NSW (Teachers and Support and Operational Staff) Multi Enterprise Agreement, NES, and the Fair Work Act, ensuring all HR processes are conducted in alignment with these standards.

Loreto Kirribilli is an independent Catholic school for girls from Kindergarten to Year 12 with an enrolment of over 1,100 students.
