Job Description
This is a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join a well-established, innovative and highly successful business. You will oversee the efficient running of the Human Resources Department. Your proven experience and passion for Talent Management, Employee Relations, HR Support and Succession Planning will ensure your success.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing employment change initiatives including communications
Providing practical advice on HR/IR matters across the business
Employee relations - support leaders to proactively manage workplace issues, grievances and disputes
Work with the broader HR team to build and deliver key HR solutions and initiatives
Talent management - advising on all aspects of talent management, including succession planning and talent development
Planning - reviewing organisational needs to ensure people and development strategies are aligned
Preparing and advising on employment contracts
Engaging in HR projects more broadly across the group
Assisting HSE department as required
Ensuring appropriate strategies are in place to support a workplace that promotes health safety and well-being
Candidate Profile
To be considered for this role you will have:
Minimum of 5 years' experience with proven HR skills
Ability to coach, develop and influence
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good project management skills with the ability to support organisational change
Sound Industrial Relations/Employee Relations knowledge and experience
Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities in a highly operational team environment
Degree or equivalent in HR, IR or a related field
