About the Role
We are seeking a HR Administrator on a full time or part time basis. Key responsibilities include:


Supporting the recruitment process including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Assisting in the preparation and administration of employment contracts and other HR-related documents.
Supporting onboarding and off-boarding procedures.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Monitoring key employee dates such as end of contracts and visa expiration dates.
Supporting effective payroll administration.
Assisting in the preparation of presentations and documents.
Maintaining the HRIS system.
Monitoring and responding to queries and requests through the HR Inbox.
Liaising with external HR Advisors.
Supporting WHS initiatives and return to work for injured employees.
Participating in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving workplace culture.
Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements We are looking for a candidate with:


Experience in HR administration including supporting the recruitment and payroll functions.
Technical ability in effective use of MS Office suite.
Qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
Desirable but not essential:


Experience in a not-for-profit organisation and/or exposure to the SCHADS Award.
Exposure to using an HRIS.
