Human Resources Coordinator & Workplace Trainer - Victoria An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and people-focused person to join the Fairbrother team as our Human Resources Coordinator & Workplace Trainer in Victoria.
In this role, you will provide human resources (HR) support across the employee lifecycle. As the first person new employees engage with, you will be representing Fairbrother's Purpose, Vision, Values, and Guiding Principles. You will fulfill an important role in delivering internal training to our employees, as well as supporting and driving continuous improvement of training and development initiatives.
The role is a Victorian state-based position that requires travel within metropolitan Melbourne and to regional areas around Geelong, Bendigo, and Warrnambool.

To be successful in this challenging role, we are seeking candidates with:
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable.
Previous experience in a HR Coordinator or Officer role.
Proven track record in successfully recruiting and onboarding new employees.
Demonstrated knowledge of how to navigate through difficult and complex HR issues.
An understanding of the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, employment contracts, and enterprise agreements.
Demonstrated skills in delivering one-on-one and group-based training/instruction, with strong verbal and written presentation skills and an ability to adapt to the needs of the audience.
Proven track record of effective and proactive communication with all stakeholders.
Proficiency in the Microsoft software suite, including Microsoft PowerPoint.
A commitment to continuous improvement.
Current driver's licence and a willingness to travel to support the geographically diverse workforce across Victoria.
