The Role

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following activities to support both our Brisbane and Gold Coast offices:


Coordinating the end to end recruitment process for professional and support staff, including developing and maintaining relationships with recruiters and background and reference checks for applicants when required Contributing to the management of the employee life cycle from induction to termination Maintaining accurate employee records and developing and maintaining position descriptions for all roles Assisting with the coordination, development and implementation of staff training and learning and development opportunities Assisting in the development of the performance review system, competency framework, and career development pathways for all roles. Coordinating and holding employee meetings, including meetings during the probation period and performance review meetings Facilitating performance improvement processes where necessary Proactively assisting with the development and communication of HR policy and procedures, ensuring they are up to date with relevant legislative changes Maintaining the online HRIS system (ELMO) Contributing to the development and maintenance of a positive firm culture through strategy Drafting of internal HR newsletter and other HR related communications The Person

To be considered for this position, ideally you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:


Degree qualification in Human Resources Approximately 2-3 years' experience working in a professional/corporate services environment Driven, with a strong desire to develop new initiatives and projects independently Positive attitude and a team player Professional and polished approach Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail Previous experience with ELMO Talent Management desirable As our newest team member William Buck offers you:
