Savanna is currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team to support our growing Operations, based in our Toowoomba Office.

Coaching managers on best practice, performance management, conversations and investigations. End-to-end recruitment activities such as preparing job descriptions, advertising roles, conducting interviews, background checking, employment offers and onboarding. Providing advice and assistance on Human Resources policies and procedures. Overseeing system data entry processes, maintenance and updating of the HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) including ConnX. To apply, you should have:
3-5+ years' experience in a similar Human Resources position in the Oil & Gas Industry. Business or HR related tertiary qualifications are highly regarded. Sound experience providing generalist HR advice and support to Supervisors and Managers. Experience in the use of an HRIS (e.g., ConnX). Previous ConnX experience is highly regarded. Practical current knowledge of relevant legislative frameworks (e.g., the Fair Work Act), Awards, etc. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills. An ability to engage people at all levels of an organisation and build strong working relationships.
