THE OPPORTUNITY Reporting to the Group COO, the Human Resources Business Partner will focus on delivering key HR processes for our Client within the Health Care Industry. This role is perfect for a generalist looking to strengthen their experience in an innovative and dynamic Company. This opportunity is perfect for a capable HR professional that is looking to partner with leaders and make key decisions regarding HR responsibilities, projects, and processes. Balancing the day-to-day people and culture needs with proactive and ad-hoc project work, the HRBP will work across a wide range of tasks that are both administrative and strategic in nature. This broad role will support the business across:
Recruitment and onboarding HR documentation and employment relations administration Performance management Role and organizational design Talent management Engagement, culture and employee wellbeing This person will be responsible for:
Managing the daily HR and culture tasks whilst also partnering with the leadership team to propose and enact required changes to process or policies. Being able to identify value-add changes and project work. Proposing suggested changes to management with a business plan and supporting information. OUR CLIENT

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Importantly, the successful candidate will have a personable, energetic, and bubbly personality and character that will assist them in building quality and lasting stakeholder relationships. The key to being effective in this role is to be solutions-focused and hands-on across the business.
Prior and applicable experience in similar HR positions with a sound understanding of employment legislation, modern awards, and employment contracts.
