About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Business Partnering, you will be an integral member of a broader HR team, with your key objective being to partner effectively with Line Managers and senior management to provide HR solutions (predominantly their white-collar workforce) that have practical, positive, commercial based outcomes. The role is generalist by nature with specific responsibilities including:

Performance management
Coaching
Industrial and employee relations
Recruitment
Culture and engagement
Talent and change management

About You
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally tertiary qualified.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- The ability to foster excellent relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to identify opportunities to improve and transform the general HR function including policies, systems and frameworks.
