Job Description This role will involve entire employee lifecycle management, including but not limited to:
End-to-end management of internal ER matters and contributing to IR negotiations.Providing guidance on performance management processes and succession planning.Facilitating employee development initiatives and training programs.Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Building and maintaining strong relationships with all business stakeholders.Managing the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-quality talent.Analysing HR metrics to inform business decisions.The Successful Applicant The successful Human Resources Business Partner will be able to demonstrate:
Experience in a similar HR role.Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.A commitment to promoting a positive company culture.What's on Offer Pending experience, $120,000 - $135,000 plus superannuation.
Melbourne CBD location.
2-year fixed term contract.
