Your new role
Partner with leaders and support the implementation of the HR strategy and cyclical activities in alignment with organisational objectives.
Provide advice across key HR matters including performance management, ER case management, organisational design and development, diversity, equity and inclusion, talent and succession planning, employee experience and engagement.
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing coaching and support to drive improvements.
Support HR initiatives and projects for specific business groups or more broadly across Cleanaway.
Review people data and derive insights to influence recommendations and interventions with key stakeholders.
Work closely with COE's across Industrial Relations, Remuneration, Learning & Capability and HR Operations to support and deliver programs of work into your portfolio.
Your skills and experience
Exposure to a HR metrics driven environment.
Demonstrated experience in HR business partnering or advisory role.
Ability to build strong and trustful relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders.
Demonstrated experience with delivering enterprise people strategies, plans and projects.
Tertiary qualifications in HR (or related discipline).
