Human Resources Business Partner

As the successful candidate, you will:Work closely with office management/leadership and the broader HR team on personnel operations matters such as: employee onboarding, employee relations, leave management.Collaborate with office management/leadership teams and the broader human resources team to develop and implement HR initiatives, such as career development, inclusion, workplace wellness.Partner with assigned internal client groups to provide HR coaching and guidance to business and technical managers and supervisors.Support regional Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.Participate in or lead regional or global HR initiatives such as recognition, program committees, workplace violence and harassment compliance, etc.Resolve issues related to HR regulations, laws and policies.You bring to the role:Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.Comprehensive knowledge of Australian HR regulations, practices, and labour market as well as a demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion.Excellent communication skills to build relationships of trust with individuals at all levels of the organization.Ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, and professionally while also possessing high attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of work.High level of computer proficiency in MS Office suite is a must and knowledge of SuccessFactors is an asset.Why join us?Work with us to make a difference.Collaborate on exciting projects to develop innovative solutions.What we offer you?Well appointed city-fringe office location.Flexible work environment.Think globally, work locally.Don't meet every single requirement?
