About the Role We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the Queensland team, with a strong emphasis on recruitment and people processes .
In this role, you will collaborate with business leaders to optimise recruitment strategies, improve talent acquisition processes, and ensure the business attracts and retains top talent.
This is an exciting opportunity to enhance HR practices and contribute to the company's growth by streamlining effective HR, recruitment and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities Drive recruitment in partnership with business leaders, ensuring that talent acquisition efforts align with organisational goals and objectives Enhance the recruitment process from sourcing through to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop job descriptions, and design recruitment campaigns Develop and implement best practices for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates to build a high-performing workforce Provide guidance on HR matters to multiple stakeholders Support the implantation of process and policy About You We're looking for someone who has: Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition , with a strong understanding of best practices across all stages of the recruitment lifecycle.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
