As an upfront and independent HRBP, your partnership with leaders across our multi-site structure will be crucial in providing coaching and support on all people-related matters.Your consultative and inquisitive approach, combined with strong commercial acumen, will enable you to seamlessly align people initiatives, projects, and capability needs with the overall business objectives within your jurisdiction.
This role requires someone who is not only a true partner but also a driving force behind a wide range of HR generalist activities.Central to your responsibilities will be coaching and educating managers to enhance their capabilities within their respective areas.
You will take the lead in investigations, champion best practices in performance management, and implement HR initiatives, establishing yourself as the go-to support for a group of stakeholders based in QLD.
