West Tamar Council is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources professional who is confident in providing advice to the executive leadership team and establishing the role as a true business partner to the organisation.
Working across all levels of the organisation, you will provide specialist advice in employee relations, workforce planning, and organisational development.
Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships, deliver high-quality HR services, and foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with the Council's strategic objectives.

A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence and guide people at all levels.
