Human Resources Business Partner - Commercial

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join a thriving pharmaceutical business based in South West Sydney. Reporting into the HR Director and working within a small and close-knit HR Team, the HRBP will be responsible for the full employment lifecycle for one of their white-collar business units. Partnering with department leaders, and engaging around 120 employees comprising of Sales, Marketing and IT, the HRBP will provide accurate and practical HR advice on people, performance and training initiatives.
The HRBP will act as a true HR generalist with responsibilities including but not limited to;
initiating best practice recruitment, onboarding and new employee inductions providing sound advice to leaders and stakeholders on HR best practisessupporting department leaders with the performance review processconducting remuneration, recognition and benefits schemes reviewscontributing to companywide HR initiatives and HR projectsThe successful candidate will bring;
