Human Resources Assistant - Full time or Part timeOur valued client is a leading provider of disability support services across the Fraser Coast, providing services including Support Coordination, Allied Health, In-Home Assistance, Accommodation Support, and everyday Life Skill Development.

They are seeking a full-time or part-time Human Resource Assistant for their Hervey Bay office, where you'll support the Human Resources Lead.

Responsibilities: Recruitment Support - resume screening, candidate communication, and maintaining applicant records.Onboarding and Orientation Coordination - coordinate onboarding activities for new hires and prepare orientation materials and documentation.Employee Records Management - manage employee records in compliance with data protection policies.Compliance and Policy Implementation - assist in ensuring adherence to NDIS standards and regulatory requirements, and aid in the development and dissemination of HR policies.Training and Development - help identify training needs, coordinate training sessions, and maintain records related to employee training and development.Employee Relations - address employee inquiries, support a positive work environment, and assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives.Payroll and Benefits Administration - support payroll processing, ensure data accuracy, and assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries.Minimum Requirements: Degree in a relevant field (optional).Relevant HR experience, preferably within the NDIS or healthcare sector.Knowledge of HR policies.Strong communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.How to Apply Please submit your cover letter and resume by selecting apply or if you have any questions relating to this position, please contact Katrina Woods by emailing ******.
