In the role of Human Resources and Talent Coordinator, we'll count on you to:
Coordinate activities in relation to onboarding, induction, termination, and recruitment.Support the probationary review process.Coordinate and support activities across the performance review cycle.Support learning and development programs.Provide interpretation and guidance to line managers on HR policies, programs and best practices.Assist managers with the recruitment process including processing new vacancy requisitions and job ads, scheduling interviews, interviewing and technical skills testing, and reviewing position descriptions.Use corporate systems to maintain employee records and process personnel actions.Create and maintain letter, policy, and procedure templates.Issue letters and contracts of employment and resolve any contract queries.Provide completed employee paperwork to corporate office.Assist in coordination of local benefits and wellness activities.Respond to queries regarding workplace relations policies and procedures.Support staff performance and discipline matters.Research relevant employment legislation to support resolving queries and employee matters.Qualifications and Skills Qualification or Certification in Human Resources preferred.2+ years of experience in a similar role requiring confidentiality with an understanding of the HR lifecycle.Customer focused with a positive and professional attitude.Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.Collaborative and proactive with strong attention to detail.Diligent and highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.Proactive with a problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.Tech savvy and proficient in MS Office.Salary range: $75k-$90k
