Due to staff leave and organisational growth, we are actively seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join their team on an initial 12-month contract.
About the role: Reporting to the People & Performance Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely Human Resources (HR) advice and support to staff.
Manage end to end recruitment and onboarding processes for the workforce in a timely manner.Work closely with hiring managers to draft and deliver position descriptions.Update and manage the training and induction process, to ensure the smooth onboarding of new employees.Provide advice and support in relation to performance related matters, conduct thorough IR / ER investigations, and case management activities.Additional compliance, administration, and project related tasks as required by employees and managers.What's in it for you?
