Job Description Are you an energetic Human Resources Advisor looking to further develop your career in a role offering variety and opportunity within a growing, innovative company? This is a hands-on role where your HR/IR expertise will be highly regarded.
About the role Reporting directly to the Workplace Relations Specialist, the role will be responsible for:
Provide sound, practical advice and solutions to management in employee performance and disciplinary matters Maintain the Group IR Log and provide regular risk reporting Review and appraise company policies and procedures Conduct and report on workplace investigations Keep abreast of legislation and regulations in HR/IR and update the business on employment-related legislative changes Desired Skills and Experience Skills & Experience:
Must have experience in a HR/Workplace relations/IR Advisor role Experience in interpreting enterprise agreements and awards would be well regarded Demonstrated experience with conducting, investigating and resolving workplace matters Experience in report writing, review of policies and procedures Knowledge of employment legislation compliance What's in it for me?
