Based in the Brisbane CBD, we are looking for a HR Advisor to join a national mid-tier legal firm. This is a true generalist role where you will thrive in a position which you get to make your own.
Ideally, you will come from a professional services background and have a number of years experience working within a generalist capacity. You won't be afraid of speaking with various levels of stakeholders and will have the ability to work with a small P&C Team, who deliver big results.
In this role you will:
Provide generalist advice, coaching and training to leaders with regards to performance management, industrial relations, remuneration and best practice HR solutions;Develop and implement new initiatives, strategies and processes to improve the performance and delivery within HR and the wider business;Monitor and analyse HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations to improve performance;Support, coordinate, and initiate employee engagement and culture initiatives projects, and events;The ability to work collaboratively to support the wider HR team on key business initiatives and to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.Are you highly organised, self-motivated and enjoy a team-based environment? The ideal candidate will have:
Tertiary qualifications in HR, management or a business-related discipline will come highly regarded; Demonstrated experience providing advice and guidance to stakeholders;Proven experience in award interpretation and implementation;Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively in a complex and changing environment;Confident in HR best practice and providing sound advice;Team focused attitude whilst also maintaining the ability to work autonomously is essential in this environment as well as strong communication skills.Tenure within your previous roles will be highly valued Why work at this firm?
