Flexible Work Arrangements - WFHLocated in Brisbane CBDAbout Our ClientOur client is a leading professional services firm with offices across Australia and world-wide.Job DescriptionIn your new role as an HR Advisor, you will support the team in:Providing high-quality advice to senior leaders on daily employee relations, performance management issues, and related matters.Developing, implementing, and monitoring HR policies and procedures.Providing advice and ensuring compliance with HR policies, company guidelines, and procedures.Support HR initiatives such as training and development programs, employee engagement initiatives, and performance appraisal processes.Facilitating new employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition.Performing HR generalist duties, as required.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will have:Previous experience working as an HR Advisor, ideally within professional services.Strong knowledge surrounding HR policies and procedures.Ability to build effective relationships with business leaders, team members, and stakeholders.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.Tertiary qualifications in a HR or business-related field (ideal).What's on Offer$80,000 - $100,000 + super, depending on experience Flexible working arrangements - WFH available Expand your knowledge within a global organisation Located in central CBD#J-18808-Ljbffr
