About the role:
At a high level, some of the work you could expect to do includes:
Provide coaching and guidance to line leaders and support them in the management and progression of day to day HR issues.
Prepare letters of offer, and other required documents outlining changes of terms and conditions of employment.
Conduct exit interviews.
Carry out formal / informal investigations into disciplinary matters and provide advice to management on appropriate courses of action.
Support leaders in performance and discipline matters, including terminations.
Support and educate the business in all HR Disciplines to facilitate line leader growth and development in their HR / IR knowledge.
Support the People and Capability team in the execution of key HR projects.
Provide advice and interpretation of EAs, and support the processes in preparation for a negotiation.
Provide reporting and analytics support to the HRBP and line leaders on HR metrics and reporting queries.
Support the recruitment process in all necessary facets.
Provide support for relevant training across relevant customer group.
About you:
Experience in HR Generalist role.
Degree in Human Resources preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in managing employee relations issues.
Experience within the IR discipline interpreting enterprise agreements and supporting negotiations is preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
Analytical skills.
Ability to build effective relationships and influence leaders.
Proactive, results driven and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Intermediate computer skills e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
