The opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a fulltime (Maternity Leave) versatile and talented Human Resources Advisor to join the Menzies Aviation Team based at the Brisbane International Terminal.

What you'll be doing Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will support the end-to-end employee lifecycle as a true HR generalist.
You will provide timely and effective email and phone support to a wide range of operational leaders alongside the wider HR QLD Team. You will be well supported by the HR Assistant and the HR Manager, with a wider National Team to draw upon.
Being a pragmatic and strategic business partner for our Queensland based operational teams is our goal. Whilst your role is a pure generalist function, your daily/weekly/yearly deliverables will be focused around the following areas:
