Our client, a prestigious entertainment and event complex is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead and support the business to create a thriving and dynamic workplace.About the role:Work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the leadership team to build and foster a values-based culture/workplace where people love to work.Act as a mentor, guiding and developing managers at all levels that will assist them with managing and developing their teams and building a positive and team-oriented workplace.Recommend, lead and implement strategies that enhance team culture, employee retention, satisfaction and engagement and ongoing skills development.Oversee recruitment, onboarding, orientation programs and career progression initiatives to ensure the Club attracts, retains and develops great talent. Assist with seasonal recruitment and upkeep of required casual and FTE staffing levels.Manage and advise on interpretation and application of Awards, Enterprise Agreements, industrial relations and workers compensation legislation/requirements.About you:Demonstrated experience in successfully managing a human resource function including with respect to workforce planning, recruitment, organisation and employee development, employee relations, employee engagement and organisational change, work, health and safety, HR information systems and reporting.Demonstrated understanding of contemporary human resources issues and a strong working knowledge of various employment laws and practices.Excellent verbal, written communication, interpersonal, influencing, advisory and negotiation skills.Experience working with Blue-Collar and White-Collar employees would be advantageous.For an immediate interview please forward your resume by clicking the apply tab below or ****** or call Kirsty on 0481 773 358 for further information.
