Committed to delivering high-quality service, we consistently strive to create a supportive culture that values respect and is conducive to success.What Does This Role Involve:As the Human Resource Manager, you will report directly to the Club Manager and collaborate closely with senior leadership. Your responsibilities will include overseeing recruitment, onboarding and staff retention strategies, as well as providing expert guidance on employee relations and performance management. You will ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies while developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
