We now have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resource Manager to join the team on a part time or full time basis.
The Human Resource Manager role is responsible for providing comprehensive HR oversight for Levanta's operations, ensuring the effective implementation of human resource strategies across the full spectrum of HR functions. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in talent acquisition, employee relations, and workforce development, ensuring a positive and productive work environment that aligns with our vision, mission, and values.
About the Role Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation with the help of Levanta's HRIS - ELMO.Manage recruitment processes, including strategic design to attract top talent and foster a diverse, skilled workforce. Oversee onboarding and off-boarding processes to ensure smooth and effective transitions.Proactively manage employee relations, implementing engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.Work closely with managers to assist in performance reviews, implement improvement plans, and provide ongoing support in employee development.Manage employee relations process, addressing concerns and grievances, implementing resolutions, and promoting a positive workplace culture.As the HR Manager, you are not only a steward of policies and procedures but also a guardian of our organisational ethos. Your responsibility extends far beyond the confines of traditional HR functions; you are instrumental in shaping the very fabric of our workplace culture.
About You Tertiary education in a relevant discipline.Previous experience in a HR management role.Knowledge of HR systems and databases.High level of organisation, communication, and attention to detail.High degree of professionalism and judgement, with the ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.Excellent interpersonal skills, time and project management, and the ability to work to deadlines.Ability to maintain a flexible and resourceful approach to effectively manage workload.Strong leadership skills and ability to make confident decisions.
